1. Location
- Communication: It is well-connected on the A-2 (Madrid-Barcelona) and the R-2, as well as via RENFE-Cercanías commuter trains and regular bus lines.
- University Campus: located in the university campus itself, this intensifies its close relationship with the University of Alcalá with all its available facilities.

The Office for Research and Innovation
Located in the PCTUA Head Office, it houses the OTRI serving University of Alcalá researchers in coordination with the Research Management Service providing support in the management of:

Legal advice and processing patents, contracts and agreements
CM laboratory network and R&D&i infrastructures
R&D Project Promotion

Apart from the usual work of: technology promotion, advice on setting up businesses and innovation, communal service Park administration and management, and communal space and room management at the Centre, it is planned to have the possibility of managing the following services: typing, graphic presentations, translations, marketing consultancy, meetings, etc.
200 m2 premises with 5 offices.
Business Incubator
The Business Incubator is aimed at new technology businesses arising from researcher ideas which the Park will help throughout the creation process to achieve full independence, with a minimum surface area of 1,500 m2. It will be produced modularly with the following features:
14 office modules comprising:
- A 15 m2 office
- A 20 m2 office
6 laboratory modules 25 m2, comprising:
- Individual water and drainage installation
- Reception area
- Crew entry and exit access
