Total Site Area
Tecnomóstoles occupies a total area of 670,000 square metres, of which 324,000 will be assigned to the Technology Park, 260,000 square to roads and green areas, and 75,000 square metres to infraestructure and the Science Park.
The park is designed to accommodate 80 to 100 firms, all in independent plots with a minimum surface area of 2,500 square metres.
Tecnomóstoles will benefit from high quality infrastructures and environmental protection systems, with all the facilities required for a great variety of business activities: production, research and development, engineering and advanced services, as well as plots assigned to hotel and restaurant.
Regarding land classification, the Park will include three different business uses: technological-industrial, technological-tertiary and service centre, whose detailed uses and urban parameters have been defined in the Partial Plan.
The Park aims to integrate uses, so that when companies choose to set up in the Park it will be due to the parameters related to their business activities and production factors.
