In May 2007, the Community of Madrid, put into operation Madrid Network, being set up as a tool to promote the knowledge economy, strengthening innovation and the added value of products and services to focus on a sole aim: placing Madrid amongst the 10 most advanced regions in the world.
The Network comprises players in the region’s economy: large and small businesses, research centres, universities and technology centres, as well as spaces of excellence used as a base for Clusters: our science and technology Parks.
